Privacy Policy

MINIBEE LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Soonar application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service, whether as a web app or as a mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Account information. When you first use Soonar, an anonymous account identifier is created for you. If you later link an account (Sign in with Apple or Google), we collect the email address and display name provided by that identity provider. We never receive your password.

Usage and analytics data. We use Mixpanel to understand how the Service is used: screens viewed, cards opened, onboarding steps, subscription events, approximate device information (platform, app version), and error reports. This data is tied to your account identifier.

Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or RevenueCat Web Billing with Stripe as payment processor (web). We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers from RevenueCat. We never receive or store your card number.

Content you submit. When you use the paste and share feature, the link or text you submit is sent to our servers to be analyzed, and may be retained to provide and improve the feature.

What we do NOT collect. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, browsing history outside the Service, or any brokerage or portfolio data. Soonar is not connected to any trading account.

• Provide and operate the Service (feed, decoded cards, history);
• Manage your subscription and entitlements;
• Measure and improve the relevance of our event selection;
• Send notifications you have opted into;
• Detect, prevent, and fix technical issues and abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertising networks.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service and your subscription), legitimate interests (analytics, security, service improvement), consent (notifications), and legal obligations.

• Supabase (database and authentication, hosted on AWS, United States);
• Mixpanel (product analytics);
• RevenueCat (subscription management) and Stripe (web payment processing);
• Apple and Google (app distribution and in-app purchases);
• Anthropic (AI processing of market events and of content you submit for decoding; inputs are not used to train their models under our API agreement).

Account and usage data are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records). Aggregated, non-identifying data may be retained.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email contact@soonar.app; we respond within 30 days. You may also delete your account directly in the app (Settings, then Delete account) or via this page.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from the EEA, UK, or elsewhere, your data is transferred to the United States. Our processors rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. Payment data is handled exclusively by Apple, Google, and Stripe; it never touches our servers.

The Service deals with financial market information and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
